  Product Description

DESCRIPTION

Produced from pork raw materials with EU/USDA Certificate for human consumption. The raw materials used do not contain any head meat, MRM, Soya, Maize or derivatives thereof.

INGREDIENTS

Pork protein, antioxidant (natural rosemary and tocopherol)

APPLICATION

ScanGel V is suited for emulsified meat applications espacially cold cut products (bologna, mortadella), granules and salami types.

Recommended dosage: 0,1 – 3 % depending on end-user application. Water and Fat binding index 1:20:20.

DECLARATION

The product is covered by EU Directive 853/2004/EF and 1334/2008/EC and can be labelled as pork flavouring preparation, pork bouillon, pork protein, pork collagen and pork gelatin. Local legislation is to be followed. The product is manufactured in Denmark by an USDA approved factory (authorization no. DK215).
