Produced from pork raw materials with EU/USDA Certificate for human consumption. The raw materials used do not contain any head meat, MRM, Soya, Maize or derivatives thereof.

Pork protein, antioxidant (natural rosemary and tocopherol)
APPLICATION
ScanGel A is suited for all types of injected product like ham (reformed and whole muscle) and bacon products. ScanGel A have high fat and water-binding properties and give a high gel strength to the final product.
Recommended dosage: 0,1 – 3 % depending on end-user application. Water and fat binding index 1:15:15.
DECLARATION
The product is covered by EU Directive 853/2004/EF and 1334/2008/EC and can be labelled as pork flavouring preparation, pork bouillon, pork protein, pork collagen and pork gelatin. Local legislation is to be followed. The product is manufactured in Denmark by an USDA approved factory (authorization no. DK215).
