Produced from pork raw materials with EU/USDA Certificate for human consumption. The raw materials used do not contain any head meat, MRM, Soya, Maize or derivatives thereof.

Pork protein, antioxidant (natural rosemary extract, tocopherol, BHA/BHT)
APPLICATION
ScanGel SF is heat tolerent semi-functional recommended for emulsified and coursely ground meat applications, as well in low temperature applications as in pasteurized. ScanGel SF is suited for burgers, pates, pies, salami, fresh sausages and frankfurters.
Recommended dosage: 1 – 3 % depending on end-user application.Fat and water binding index 1:8:8.
DECLARATION
The product is covered by EU Directive 853/2004/EF and 1334/2008/EC and can be labelled as pork flavouring preparation, pork bouillon, pork protein, pork collagen and pork gelatin. Local legislation is to be followed. The product is manufactured in Denmark by an USDA approved factory (authorization no. DK215).
